Frequency Welder
Introduction
It is designed for induction (contact) welding of straight seam
steel pipes. The high-power capacitor bank C and the inductance
coil L form a current-type parallel booster resonant circuit. This
circuit ADAPTS to the high-frequency welded pipe with low load
impedance and does not need an output transformer. It not only
improves the efficiency but also increases the reliability of the
whole machine.
Technical features
1, Real all-solid-state IGBT power regulation and converter control
technology, the use of unique IGBT soft-switching high-frequency
chopping and amorphous filtering power adjustment, high speed and
precision soft-switching IGBT inverter control, 100-800khz /
3-300kW product application.
2. Adopt imported high-power resonant capacitor to obtain stable
resonance frequency, effectively improve product quality and
realize the stability of the welding process.
3, With high frequency chopped power regulation technology to
replace the traditional thyristor power regulation technology, to
achieve microsecond level control, greatly realize the rapid
adjustment and stability of the welding pipe process power output,
the output ripple is minimal, the oscillation current is stable, to
ensure the smoothness and linearity of the weld, become the first
choice for high precision welding pipe.

Power supply cabinet
The DC power unit includes rectification, filtering, and logic
control parts.
Independent voltage and current display and control system -
independent control of the welder even in the event of a problem
with the central console.
Center Console
Equipped with LCD screen, power adjustment, motor speed adjustment
module, fully realize the centralized control of welded pipe
production line.
Inverter cabinet
The inverter part consists of a single MOSFET inverter unit in
parallel, and each unit has a self-diagnostic capability for easy
installation and maintenance.
Water heat exchanger
Composition: plate heat exchanger, water tank, water pump and
electrical control part
Rectifier isolation transformer
The rectifying transformer is the input rectifying part of the
equipment. The power supply voltage is reduced from 415V to 200V,
which ensures the stable power supply of the equipment and plays
the role of isolation to the power grid.
