Characteristics
The weld seam of the strip adopts argon arc welding machine,
welding mouth flat, no need to polish, the time only needs a few
seconds. No waste roll, smooth weld and small bump, touch screen
operation, digital input strip width and thickness walking
accuracy, the program will automatically weld to the range, more,
no need to polish, high strength after welding strip; Welding
process automation; No magnetic bar, no damage to the unit. It
reduces the impact force caused by faults in the strip traction.
The welding quality is good. The whole welding process is welded to
the edge, and the welding process is automatically operated by
current.

Q: How do you do QA?
A: We have a special team to do strict QA, this is one of our

(2)Every shaft will be inspected for centering jumpiness.
(3)Every roller will be checked to make sure it's in the range of
tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
