Description
Hydraulic decoiler main function is to support the coil and provide
tension to the steel belt. It consists of a frame, a main shaft, an
expansion and contraction drum, and a brake device. It can be used
with hydraulic opener, hydraulic winder, uncoil feeder, uncoil
leveler, etc. It has a wide range of use and convenient operation.

1. machine frame
It is made of section steel, A3 steel plate, 45# steel forged
bearing seat after assembly welding, and it is qualitatively
annealed without deformation,two bear seats are make by boring at
one time to ensure the concentricity of the spindle installation
and no diameter to jump.
2. coil reel
Hydraulic decoiler expansion and shrinkage reel adopts slider type
push-pull expansion reel for four arc-shaped plates, wire-cut
slider pair expansion and contraction diameter φ460~φ520; effective
working length 1300mm,integral mandrel ensures that the reel is
concentric degree when expanding and shrinking ,hard chromium
plating on the surface of the reel.
3. loading car
It can rise and fall, forward and backward, and change the inner
diameter, outer diameter and load capacity of the automatic feeding
material rack.
