Our fully automatic coil replacement system with rotary double end uncoiler, TwinShuttle® and lap Weldomatic® has been widely used in practice. All the operator has to do is mount the coil.

This keeps the downtime under 90 seconds. This downtime can also be eliminated with the help of storage racks on demand.

Technology

Uncoiler is used for supporting strip steel coil and open it as strip steel with a peeler, to prepare for the pipe forming process. Depending on the manufactured pipe dimension and level of automation, the uncoiler can be categorized by manual, mechanical, and hydraulic types.
